Returns & Exchanges
Our Returns & Exchanges policy lasts for 7 days depending on the item type/category. If 7 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we won't be able to accept your return or exchange request.**
To be eligible for a return or an exchange, you will need to raise a request to our support desk by dialing 9883260000 or emailing hello@artello.in. Simply, select/describe the reason for such a request along with any or other information desired by the service manager. Please note that your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
**Items displayed in Clearance Sale, Festive Sale and other Sale Categories are not eligible for return or exchange. Please be advised that most hair toupees are considered as personal hygiene care products and hence are not returnable. In rare cases, we may approve an exchange of such items on a case to case basis.
In case your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. The actual time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment method or bank policies.
Replacements: All Hair Systems
We generally only replace or upgrade items purchased directly from our India Portal only if there is a valid reason such as size, colour, density, design or fitment mismatch. Terms and Conditions.
Shipping
To return your product, you need to contact us for the shipping address, and returns are only acceptable if eligible on the shipping address provided via email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over Rs.5,000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
